Conference: every year the CGKA members sponsor an annual one day Conference – usually around the end of February. For the last decade and the foreseeable future we use the Red Lion Inn in Cromwell.

The Conference features: A full day of educational seminars offering re-certification credits for all 3A, 3B, 3D & PA pesticide license holders.

  • Networking opportunities with other businesses.
  • Vendor displays
  • Convenient location with free parking

Attendees will qualify for a TOTAL of 6.75 credits for today’s program. It is up to anyone needing arborist (3D) credits as well as PA, 3A or 3B credits to allocate credits according to their needs not to exceed 6.75 total credits. There will be no “double-up” of credits.

Monthly: nearly every month of the year the CGKA offers its members and guests educational programming on important topics. Recent topics included: DMV trailer safety, paver installation, getting paid, tick control, organics use, back office skills, small and hand held equipment use and repair, solar and battery operation, invasive species, and much more. In additon we also hav eour annual summer picnic and general meeting/holiday mixer.
